How can I make a purchase?

  • Use the website navigation at the top of the page  to locate items you are looking for.
  • Once you have found an item, choose your size, color and quantity, and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' icon at the top of the page. To remove any items in your bag, simply click the 'X' next to the product image, or Update Quantity button to change the number of an item.
  • When you are ready to make a purchase, click on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' and follow the steps to complete your transaction.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail update with shipping details and a DHL tracking number. You may follow the link in the e-mail to check the estimated arrival of your order.

All changes must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt by you.
All items should be returned to us in their original condition, non-worn, non-washable, and free of cigarette smoke.
All products must be returned with their original label. Garments without original labels or that do not comply with our return policy will be rejected.
Shipping charges for return and delivery of new product are charged to the customer, unless the return and replacement is due to our fault eg. shipping by error of another size, color, or product than requested. (addition).
If you want to change your outfit to the same size, you will need to send the original product back to us. Once we receive your refund, we will issue a credit balance for the returned product, which you can use to buy another size. We cannot guarantee that the new product you want will still be available when your return reaches us. Before making your return please call us .


The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer unless due to our own mistake. Upon receipt of the parcel we will check that the product is in its original condition and within 14 calendar days the money will be refunded to your account along with the shipping costs you may have incurred in receiving the products.

Until it arrives at us, it is your responsibility to ensure that any loss or damage as well as the return product should be in its original condition (the tab should not be removed, not washed, has not suffered any damage).
